A girl agrees to let her paramedic boyfriend sedate her, then place her face down in the jacuzzi until coded. Then he will pull her out and quickly revive her. But, things don’t go as planned. He initially does MTM right as he pulls her out, with no luck. Then he gets her on the deck, rolls her to fetal position and forced water out. He then rolls her on her back and forced more water out by pressing her stomach. She does not respond so he continues to work on her. He does CPR, MTM and uses the AED until finally, after many, many minutes of trying he gives up, distraught with the realization that he’s caused his lovers death, he runs off to get help.
