We will be using the body of Loni Legend, recently deceased, but a perfect example of someone who you would need to resuscitate.

In this video, I will show you the basics of CPR and resuscitation, starting with all the places you can find a pulse to see if CPR is necessary. Then we will discuss how the body is to be positioned and then proper mouth to mouth techniques and chest compressions!
