This is a CPR training session hosted by Katarina Kay. The duration of the film focuses equally on eager and vigorous mouth to mouth and mouth to mask resuscitation, with a brief conclusions on mouth to nose resuscitation. There are intermittent demonstrations of chest compressions.

This is a strictly serious video, to be used as true first aid and medical style rescue breathing and CPR training. Katarina shows us how to properly perform CPR on a person, using an inflatable CPR mannequin.

As soon as they’re finished shooting, the director goes to talk to Katarina. He gives her some notes, and then tells her about the next scene they’re going to do, which will be a basic POV with just her while he films. And she will be sucking his dick. She is a little nervous about this. She agrees.

But he wants a little sneak peak. He starts to pull down the strap of her tank top but she’s obviously uncomfortable. She’s not working right now and she’s not going to just do that outside of work. The director is not happy about this. He grabs a piece of rope from the table and tightens it around her throat.

She gasps, shocked by this and he pulls her to the floor. He pulls her pants down so her ass is showing and exposes her breasts, all while keeping a tight hold on the rope as she squirms. She grows weaker and weaker until she finally falls still. Finally. He drags her off the set.
