Sisters Penny and Pepper are passed out from a night of hard partying. Unfortunately this is more than a mere hangover, it seems they took way too many drugs last night. The dude they were raging with was kind enough to call 911 before slipping away. Soon, an EMT bursts into their apartment and begins triaging the multiple casualty emergency.

He identifies Pepper as the most critical patient based on her shallow, practically nonexistent breaths. The EMT places her on the floor and begins working through his protocol of CPR and mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. When that fails, he strips the thin ginger out of her panties and top, revealing her delicious pale flesh. The increased skin contact does the trick and Pepper regains consciousness! She gasps for air and moves to the couch so the EMT can start working on saving her sister.

Penny is barely displaying any vitals now. The EMT must work fast. He carries her to the floor and iterates through the same steps that saved Pepper. Stripping Penny down, he reveals her similar pale complexion to Pepper, but slightly fuller tits and hips. Exposing her flesh doesn’t work, so he moves to his final option.

Charging the defibrillator, he presses the paddles to Penny’s chest and fires. A powerful shock surges through her small body, causing her to arch her back. Again. Clear! Her pale body convulses, but no response otherwise. Despite repeated shocks, the EMT is unable to revive sweet Penny. He calls it in and consoles the understandably distraught sister.
