Darcie is sitting at home reading to herself on the couch when an intruder breaks into her home, smacking the book from her hands and grabbing her, tightening a piece of rope around her neck. The crew of two coroners unzip the body bag and lift the body out and onto the medical table. They take photos as they strip the body, keeping the articles of clothing to be used as evidence. Then they prop her head up on a block and swab her mouth, check her pupils, scrape her fingernails and check her tongue. They flip her over to be thorough in their examination. Then the body is taken for internal inspection. When they receive it back from that team, they pump it full of embalming fluid. Then the body is washed and dressed and prepared for funeral, and laid in a silky white casket.
